System

In most situations, or when we come across an unusual tragic incident that happens around us. We unknowingly or involuntarily utter, “this system needs a change.”

Am I right?

If so, what exactly is the way it should change?

Before we dive deep into the ‘system’ and its interrelations, let's give a thought about ‘a thought’.

Great phenomena, popular literature, vastly earning business programs, and the moon traveling technology—everything was born with a thought. And I believe that such a thought can bring home a good society to live in.

Now we have got the objective, which is to bring up a good system. Also, have the direction, that is through a changing thought. Now we need a way, or an example to follow.

Let’s go travel back, for about 10 to 15 years. Think that your mom told you to buy and bring some sugar and green gram. See, there you are clutching tight the money in hand, in some cases—repeating those items in mind—you walk to your closest store.

You stand at the pale worn out cream desk and just give an order of things you need. Then soon the owner or the worker takes a keen look at the items and packs them for you. Maybe out of fear or bearing some kind of responsibility—considering your family's financial condition—you ask away a word to decrease the price in one’s or two’s. And walk back home proud—if given a discount.

Snap! Snap!! Wake up in present.

Now let’s walk to the nearby mart, unlike before you walk start to the end. Like a lost kid searching for parents, you search for groceries section and inturn for right daal. No, the story doesn’t end here. Pick up the shovel penetrate the sugar and fill your back. No, no wait. Go, measure it, later stand in line, get it billed. Shh.. what are you doing? Are you gonna ask for a discount? No, you should not. Matter of prestige.

See this is what the system change should be like.

Where people should transform themselves. Like in the store, where we have no choice left but to follow the custom. One suppresses himself from bargaining, and stands in a queue for hours, like Budha under the tree—calm and composed. We accepted all this, without hustle.

I say, our system change should be similar. Like a slow poison, enter smoothly under the skin. Where one cannot attempt a mistake, and if he does there should be some backfire—which hits him back. Or make one, completely believe that the proper way is the only way.
